At Urban Pet Calm, all products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted third-party partner brands through Shopify Collective. We do not stock or ship products ourselves.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed by the supplier within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary by supplier, product type, or order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if provided by the supplier).

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier, product, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by the supplier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery ranges:

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 5–14 business days after shipment
  • International orders (if available): Varies by supplier and destination

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is normal when items are fulfilled by different suppliers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on supplier rates, product weight, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided when available. Some suppliers may offer limited or delayed tracking updates. We are not responsible for carrier tracking inaccuracies.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned to the supplier due to address errors

Reshipment, if available, may require additional fees and is subject to supplier approval.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and supplier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using the provided tracking information. If additional support is needed, you may contact us and we will attempt to assist by coordinating with the supplier, but resolution is not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Policy Updates

This shipping policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
